Mk6 GTI already has major heatsoak issues, im not sure the look of rally lights is going to help your turbo temperatures very much blocking a huge amount of air heading into the intercooler and radiator

"Active" aero means it is able to be controlled/position or shape altered at will. Electric Pneumatic Hydraulic actuators etc. This isn't active, it's just flexing a bit from the airflow.

That black stuff on the sump plug is ferrous metal. Oil filters filter to ~40 micron: Similar to a fine human hair Thus whatever is on the sump plug is smaller than 40 microns. Wear is mainly caused by particles between 2~22 microns... which is exactly what a magnet picks up. A lot of engines generate a lot more metal than you have on your sump plug. A magnetic sump plug is a great way to keep an eye on wear: If there's a lot of metal you have a problem. If there isn't much metal the engine is healthy. A magnetic sump plug will pick up ~50% of circulating metal. Ferrous metal is one of the major contaminants in oil so removing so much of it from circulation is a good idea. :-)

Can you install the led light bar in the grille the same way? Or do we need to change the grille to the one with light bar?
